With a growing list of clients around the world, DigitLab have made the move to open a Johannesburg branch. “The opening of our new branch has been in the pipeline for a while now, we have just been waiting for the right strategy, the right team, and the right time. That time is now.  We have two of our best people in our Johannesburg branch, Megan Bernstein, and Mandi Berghorst, and we are really excited to add new value to our Johannesburg clients,” explains DigitLab CEO Mike Saunders

“It brings us great pride to know that after three short years in business, we were able to position ourselves as a top digital agency in the country and be able to open another branch. In such a vastly growing industry this is such a great achievement, and one that we will continue to improve on as we grow,” confirms Saunders.

Saunders is an international keynote speaker and expert in social media, digital customer experiences, and enterprise social business. He has been at the forefront of business transitioning into a world of social technology and has been a key part of important projects looking into the use of social technology in marketing campaigns, internal communications, social learning, leadership development, knowledge management, collaboration, project management, and enterprise social media.

Durban-based DigitLab was established in 2010 and to date has worked with some of the country’s leading brands including Nedbank, KPMG, City Lodge Hotel Group, Bidvest and The Spar Group to name a few.

Megan Bernstein explains, “Expanding our company to Johannesburg is a step in the right direction for us. It puts us in a much better position to deliver more value to our clients.”

DigitLab is launching an innovative, insight-driven new service with the JHB launch. The Digital Research division is a flagship service that offers clients (Nedbank, City Lodge Hotel Group, KPMG and others) a detailed view of their online presence, consumer conversation, and influence network. “Online research in the past has always been difficult to garner insight from, getting the statistics is easy but true insight has always been difficult. This service tackles that exact challenge,” says Saunders.

In terms of providing insight into what DigitLab plans to achieve during 2014, “Up to now we have experienced amazing growth in our client base and in our personnel. With the opening of our branch in Johannesburg, we will offer a great service to further accelerate this growth – our aim is to ensure that we continue to remain an innovative and trustworthy partner to our clients,” ends Mandi Berghorst.
