Position Overview
We seek an experienced Marketing Technologies Manager who will lead, manage, and actively engage in Front-end Development as part of our dynamic marketing team. In this multifaceted role, you’ll steer our marketing technology strategy, manage the team, and do hands-on coding to implement front-end solutions. Key Responsibilities
WordPress & WooCommerce Development: Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites and WooCommerce settings. Ensure products are accurately displayed and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Email Marketing Management: Configure and manage email marketing campaigns. Monitor performance and manage email signature software and database criteria.
Martech Management & Integration: Implement, configure, and manage various Martech platforms. Ensure seamless data integration and troubleshoot any issues.
Data Analysis: Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Database Management: Maintain databases within the HubSpot framework to ensure data integrity and availability.
SEO: Implement SEO strategies, optimise technical integrity, and improve websites for organic search visibility.
Website Security: Enforce web security protocols, perform regular security assessments, and configure and maintain web application firewalls (WAFs).
Project Management: Define and manage project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Oversee freelance resources involved in the technical delivery of projects.

Salary
The salary for this unique and specialised role ranges from R 20,000 to R 35,000.
