Junior – Mid Sales Executive

Key Performance Criteria:
- Source, qualify & build own pipeline independent of leads (cold calling a must)
- Grow your network and build your influence online, leveraging the content from the Digitlab brand.
- Represent Digitlab and our Brand with conviction and positivity at all times.
- A fast learner who can adapt to and understand new technologies quickly.
- Schedule, meet & present to new prospects (often at the board level)
- Produce proposals, agreements and supporting documents
- Close new business & achieve or exceed budgeted sales targets for the year
- Document & record sales activities in the CRM system
- Establish & maintain strong customer relations
- Assist with client hand-over & Account Management
- Produce an approved case study or favourable client quote per the new deal
- Dailiy and Weekly reporting of the above functions
- Add value to the management of the business by contributing ideas to solve challenges
- Handle administration of client accounts regarding processing documents and following up on payments to ensure the smooth running of new accounts and deals.

Experience and Education Criteria:
- Proven sales track record of software products & services with the longer sales cycle
- Knowledge of Email and Internet technology essential
- Creative and strategic guidance around client marketing campaigns
- Contacts in the Marketing industry (or a specific Channel) would be advantageous
- Marketing or B.Com Diploma (Degree beneficial)
- Own transport essential
