We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Mid-Level PPC Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (preferred). This role involves developing media strategies, implementing and managing PPC campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure maximum ROI. Proficiency with SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (useful). Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.
Media Strategy Development
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with business objectives.
Keyword Research
Conduct in-depth keyword research using SEMRush and other tools to identify high-performing keywords and optimize PPC campaigns.
Ad Copywriting
Create compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
Budget Management
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
A/B Testing
Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Tag Management
Use Google Tag Manager to set up and manage tracking tags and ensure accurate conversion tracking and data collection.
Collaboration
Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Experience with TikTok is a plus.
Tools Proficiency:
Strong experience with SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
