The Challenge

We needed design a WorpdPress Website to improve Sunridge’s lead generation and online presence by enhancing the website’s lead generation systems, digital visibility, and outdated design. The site also lacked integrated marketing tools and struggled with SEO and content opportunities, limiting customer attraction and retention. Our goal was to develop a comprehensive digital channel to enhance Sunridge’s digital footprint and lead generation capabilities. 

The Solutions

UX Design

The design of the Sunridge Africa website prioritises user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), aiming to deliver a smooth, intuitive and visually engaging quoting journey specifically catered to the requirements of business-to-business (B2B) clients within the plumbing industry.  

The designs were created with both B2B clients as well as the end-user in mind by allowing for filtering by a combination of brand and category – which would be most useful for B2B clients and just category – which would be most useful for the end-user.  

 Although the site is mainly targeted to plumbing professionals – the choice to cater to a wider range of users would allow for a much simpler process if Sunridge decided to scale up and go “full ecommerce” in the future by changing from a quoting system to an e-commerce system.  

Advanced Filtering System 

Advanced filtering options were integrated, allowing users to filter by brand or plumbing category or both. This functionality ensured that users could quickly find exactly what they needed among the extensive product range.

Lead Generation Integration 

We introduced effective lead generation systems by incorporating HubSpot into the website. This enabled the automatic creation of a lead database and improved CRM capabilities. We set up Sunridge with their own HubSpot Starter plan, giving them tools to optimise their CRM, marketing, and lead generation processes. This integration allowed for the gathering and management of leads through contact forms and tracking user interactions, leading to a better understanding of marketing and sales efforts. 

WooCommerce Structure 

WooCommerce was used to create a thorough and filterable catalogue of over 1,500 products for Sunridge Africa. This robust e-commerce platform allowed for the development of an organised and easily navigable product database. 

Furthermore, the platform’s scalability and flexibility enabled efficient management and updating of the extensive inventory, ensuring that the catalogue stayed current and comprehensive. 

SEO and Content Strategy

Our next focus was on enhancing the SEO structure to boost visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs) for relevant keywords. We’ve developed high-quality content and implemented a functional and logical link architecture, along with ensuring the correct technical foundations for search engines. This has helped attract and engage visitors, providing value and ultimately improving the search rankings. 

The Results 

The outcome of this project was a sophisticated and user-centric website that significantly enhanced the overall user experience, reinforcing Sunridge Africa’s position as a premier provider of top-quality plumbing solutions. With a notable improvement in SEO, rising by 3.5 positions, and lead generation, the website now stands as a powerful tool for effective customer engagement and marketing through HubSpot’s capabilities.
