Finance Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to be the right-hand person to our Finance Manager. As part of the financial team, you will provide the support necessary to deliver these innovative projects’ financial stability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Client invoicing
  • Send out client statements
  • Process Bank statements – Cost of Sale account
  • Followup on outstanding debtors
  • Asset management – update the equipment list for all employees
  • Manage IT-related queries for employees
  • Understand the processes behind vat claims to process supplier and customer invoices
  • Have an understanding of project/divisional management
  • Processing data claims
  • Laptop quotes for new employees
  • Laptop repairs
  • Insurance claims
  • Travel and Car hire bookings
  • General Admin

Requirements and Experience:

  • Basic Bookkeeping and administration experience 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
  • Experience working on an accounting package (Xero will be an advantage)
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
