The Challenge:


Blue security approached us to rebuild their website to make it compliant with today’s strict standards of mobile conformity and SEO. Along with this, they also wanted the site to effectively educate users on the fact that Blue Security is not just an armed response company but that it has its focus set on the community it serves through its multiple service offerings.

The Solution:


Before we designed the UX for blue security we compiled a study into security companies overseas to see what was working for them. We also used analytics data from their old site to provide us some insight into what their users were looking for and reading the most. Based on this research we formulated a layout that answered users of the site’s questions quickly and effectively. For example, if users wanted to quickly get a quote or contact Blue Security, they could now do this from above the fold on the site. Users were also educated on the main focus areas of Blue Security’s operations before they scrolled down to see more information. This information and forms of contact were reiterated further down the page to help user make quick decisions.
The site was built using WordPress for ease of understanding and use for the client. We also used the WordPress CMS for its strong SEO base and its ability to be easily optimised.
