Our primary objective was to create a unique and legally compliant brand identity for Marsh Fidelity.

We collaborated with Marsh Fidelity to craft a unique brand identity that resonates deeply with their target audience. Through a thoughtful positioning statement, we highlighted their role in providing essential education and expertise in estate, trust and will planning, ensuring peace of mind and closure for clients and their families. We identified a blend of Caregiver, Sage, and Everyman archetypes, embodying compassion, wisdom, and approachability. The brand’s visual and auditory elements emphasise safety, natural elements, and boldness, with music genres like folk and laid-back country evoking a sense of calm and reliability. This cohesive identity reflects Marsh Fidelity’s mission and values, creating a lasting impact.

Brand Guide Creation

We meticulously developed a comprehensive brand guide for Marsh Fidelity to ensure consistency across all future branding efforts. This guide is a foundational document detailing every aspect of the brand’s visual and verbal identity. It includes guidelines for the use of the logo, colour palettes, typography, imagery, and tone of voice, ensuring that all digital and print marketing materials align with the brand’s core values and aesthetics. Logo Design

Created a logo inspired by natural meshing structures in mangrove roots, symbolising a ‘family tree.’ The logo works well as a single-tone stamp, conveying brand pride and ease of application to various content types. We generally aim for logos that work well as single tone stamps, have a meaningful concept behind them, and are dynamic. If a logo works well as a black-and-white stamp, is easy to apply to unexpected content types, and carries a sense of brand pride – we call that a success.

Email Signatures

We utilised our email signature software and brand design solutions to ensure brand consistency across all communications. This allowed us to create uniform and professional email signatures that reinforce Marsh Fidelity’s new identity, ensuring every interaction aligns with the established brand aesthetics and values.

Website and App Refresh

We conducted a thorough digital assessment of Marsh Fidelity’s online presence. Our findings allowed us to efficiently reskin their existing website with a fresh, updated design, avoiding the need for a complete redesign. This approach provided a modernised look while retaining the site’s existing functionality. We also reviewed and enhanced the company’s mobile app by redesigning the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). We worked closely with their mobile app team to implement these updates, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

SEO Updates

Moreover, our SEO audit revealed several opportunities to boost Marsh Fidelity’s search presence. We added service pages and expanded the website content, leveraging these enhancements to improve search engine rankings and attract more organic traffic.
