Job Description

As a Mid-Level PPC Manager, you will plan, implement, and optimise pay-per-click campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing data-driven media strategies, managing budgets effectively, and delivering measurable ROI for our clients. This role involves everything from keyword research and ad copywriting to A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Continuously optimise targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve performance and maximise results.

Media Strategy Development
Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to design and execute data-driven media strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.

Keyword Research
Leverage SEMRush and other tools to identify high-performing keywords, ensuring campaigns capture relevant traffic and reach the right audience.

Ad Copywriting
Craft persuasive ad copy tailored to each platform, designed to capture attention, drive clicks, and increase conversions.

Budget Management
Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring spend is effectively allocated across platforms to achieve the best possible return on investment.

Analytics and Reporting
Track campaign performance through Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Translate data into actionable insights, delivering clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

A/B Testing
Plan and execute structured A/B tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies, driving continual improvement.

Tag Management
Implement and manage conversion tracking and event tags using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.

Collaboration
Work alongside content, design, and SEO teams to maintain consistent messaging, creative quality, and brand alignment across all campaigns.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have between 3–5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with experience on TikTok considered a valuable advantage. You’ll be proficient in SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, using these tools daily to drive performance insights and campaign optimisation.

We’re looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, capable of turning complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to present campaign performance and insights confidently to stakeholders.

While a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, we value proven expertise, practical experience, and results just as highly.
