This update caters to long-term planning needs and provides more advanced booking capabilities compared to the previous maximum of 11 weeks.

9. Ensure GDPR Compliance with Consent Collection in Surveys 

HubSpot now makes it easier to collect consent from survey respondents. With this update, you can ensure GDPR compliance and transparency when creating new contacts in the CRM based on survey responses.  

This feature is available for CSAT web and Custom Surveys, allowing you to gather feedback while respecting privacy regulations and obtaining necessary consent for future communications.
